Warranty
Nalite warrants this smart switch against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of shipment.
If you find any defects related to workmanship or materials (excluding those caused by improper use or user error), the company will, at its discretion, either replace or repair the product using appropriate new or reconditioned parts.
If the company decides to replace the entire product, the warranty period for the replacement will continue for FIVE (5) years from the date of purchase of the initial product.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage resulting from acts of God, accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modifications to any part of the product.
This warranty also does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to an incorrect voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized Nalite service facility.
To obtain warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a bill of sale or receipted invoice, and a picture or video of the damaged switch with the label, which confirms that the product is within the warranty period.
